Foreword

Aimed at welcoming the kickoff of the Olympic Games at a full-scale and demonstrating such concepts as “High-tech Olympic Games” and “Green Olympic Games”, this exhibition will be focused on demands of Beijing and the whole country for new technologies, new materials and new techniques for sports stadiums as well as their auxiliary sport and recreational facilities to develop and promote the exchange and cooperation among enterprises at home and abroad.

With strong support from related governments and industry associations, the 2nd International Beijing Sports Stadium Construction & Infrastructure Exhibition and the 2nd International (Beijing) Economic Forum on Sports Stadium Construction & Infrastructure will be held on June 22-24, 2006 in Beijing China International Exhibition Center.

Standard booth: (3m x 3m): Basic price for open space

(With an area no less than 36M²)

For foreign exhibitor: GBP1600/booth, during exhibition period

GBP160/M², during exhibition period

Exhibiting place, 2.5M high partition plate, a company name fascia board, a carpet with an area of 9 M², 1 information counter, 2 chairs, 1 power source socket (220 V), 2 fluorescent lamps

The open space rental includes: exhibiting place, security, cleaning services (exclude management fee of GBP1.40/M²)

l Special note:

Those exhibitors who choose a booth and a booth with double openings will be charged with additional 20% of the total amount. As for the matters of transportation of exhibits and representative’s accommodation, please refer to <Exhibitor’s Manual>.The exhibition fee is GBP35/person (using for exhibition materials, lunch, gifts, etc.)

l Procedure for exhibitor:

Filling in Booth Application Form, then sending the Form after signing and sealing to China Europe Travel Ltd by mail or by fax. Sending the exhibition expense (50% of deposit or the total) to China Europe Travel Ltd within one week after submitting the Booth Application Form. The booths will be delivered following the principle of “Giving booths in accordance to the sequence of applying and paying”. The remaining amount should be paid off before May 20, 2006, otherwise, the sponsor will regard it as giving up, and the booth will not be reserved. After receiving the<Booth Application Form>and the payment, the sponsor will send the receipt and <Exhibitor’s Manual>together to exhibitors. The deposit will not be refunded to those exhibitors who cancelled the exhibition after making application.

l Exhibition Directory and advertisement

Except being distributed widely to administrations, relevant societies and visitors during the exhibition period, the Exhibition Directory will be sent to domestic and foreign enterprises in this industry, related sectors, etc. All the exhibitors are asked to submit Company Introduction (within 200 words) of their companies, and the introductions will be published on the Exhibition Directory with no charge.

During the period of the exhibition, product demonstration, trade negotiations are arranged, meanwhile, Technical Seminars will be held too. All exhibitors could hold such meetings for 2 hours at a rate of GBP860 for oversea enterprises.

l Mobilizing professional visitor and propaganda promotion:

◎ Printing 300,000 admission tickets of exhibition, sending to makers and related associations at home and broad, and will disperse at large-scale professional exhibitions country-wide, inviting both exhibitors and visitors to take part in this exhibition.
