Foreword
Beijing successfully winning the bid for holding 2008 Olympic Games, China sports economy has enjoyed an unprecedented development. In order to enrich sports undertakings, promote the exchange and communication among sports enterprisers, with strong support from related governments and industrial associations, sponsored by Beijing Olympic Economy Research Association, Asia Association for Sport Management, Beijing Sports Industry Union, China Council for the Promotion of Int¡¯l Trade and China Chamber of International Commerce , plan to hold-Beijing International Sports Leisure Goods Exhibition¡¯ 2006 in Beijing International Exhibition Center from June 22 to 24, 2006. The sponsors predict that over 300 enterprises at home and abroad will participate in the exhibition which will be considered as one of the most influential commercial feast in Asia.

Scope of exhibits
¨‹Sports suits, shoes and caps:
all kinds of sports suits, leisure dresses and personal adornments, swimming
suits, all kinds of sport footwear, caps, gloves and socks.
¨‹Outdoor equipment:
tent, sleeping bag, folding chair; camping, travel, mountaineering equipment,
specialized lighting tools, specialized outdoor telescope, chess cards¡¢fishing
apparatus, specialized outdoor sports car (Touring Car and cross-country car);
Hiking equipment, outdoor sports club, roller skates and suits, belly-board,
surf suits, roller blades and its accessories, skateboard, BMX bike, and accessories
such as protective clothing and helmet.
¨‹Ski Equipment:
mountain ski, travel ski and cross-country ski equipment (skis, sledge, disengaging
machine, ski boots, skis fixer, ski boots, ski shoes and accessories, ski glasses,
etc.);
¨‹Ice-sports:
ice-hockey, curling, speed skate on ice and figure sports equipment.
¨‹Fitness Appliances/equipment and accessories:
fitness appliances£¨electric run equipment, Advanced massage chair, Cycling
equipment, barbell, dumbbell, massage and fitness apparatus, fitness bicycle,
etc£©, fitness routes, physique measure equipment, recreational equipment,
fitness center, club and club equipment and facilities;
¨‹Sports stadium-oriented equipment/facilities:
such equipment and supporting facilities as plastic arena, lawn laying and equipment,
recreational facilities (including swimming equipment), play field facilities,
landscape, building materials for
stadiums, light and acoustic supplies for stadiums, seats, floor, electronic
display equipment (timing and mark-counting instrument, big screen display).
¨‹Sports instruments:
altitude training-simulated equipment, simulator that strengthens muscle power,
kinematics analyzing and testing system, sports-specific medial recuperation
instrument, training instrument for psychological test, test and analytical
instrument for physique and health, sports-specific teaching instrument, etc.
¨‹Racing equipment:
ball equipment (football, basketball, volleyball, table-tennis ball, badminton,
tennis ball, base ball, softball, squash, bowling, billiard and golf) , specialized
sports (field events, gymnastics, swimming, weight-lifting, wrestling, boxing,
shooting, archery, martial art, bicycle, mountain bike, boomerang and other
sports) appliances and facilities.
Booth rentals:
Standard booth: (3m x 3m): Basic price for open space
(with an area no less than 36M2)
For foreign exhibitor: GBP1600 / booth, during exhibition period
GBP160/M2, during exhibition period
Standard booth furnished with:
Exhibiting place, 2.5M high partition plate, a company name fascia board, a
carpet with an area of 9 M2, 1 information counter, 2 chairs, 1 power source
socket (220 V), 2 fluorescent lamps
The open space rental includes: exhibiting place, security, cleaning services
(exclude management fee of GBP1.40/M2)
Special note:
Those exhibitors who choose a booth and a booth with double openings
will be charged with additional 20% of the total amount.
As for the matters of transportation of exhibits and representative¡¯s
accommodation, please refer to <Exhibitor¡¯s Manual>.
The exhibition fee is GBP35/person (using for exhibition materials, lunch, gifts,
etc.)
Procedure for exhibitor:
Filling in Booth Application Form, then sending the Form after
signing and sealing to China Europe Travel Ltd by mail or by fax. Sending the
exhibition expense (50% of deposit or the total) to China Europe Travel Ltd
within one week after submitting the Booth Application Form. The booths will
be delivered following the principle of - Giving booths in accordance to the
sequence of applying and paying. The remaining amount should be paid off before
May 20, 2006, otherwise, the sponsor will regard it as giving up, and the booth
will not be reserved. After receiving the<Booth Application Form>and the
payment, the sponsor will send the receipt and <Exhibitor¡¯s Manual>together
to exhibitors. The deposit will not be refunded to those exhibitors who cancelled
the exhibition after making application.
Exhibition Directory and advertisement
Except being distributed widely to administrations, relevant
societies and visitors during the exhibition period, the Exhibition Directory
will be sent to domestic and foreign enterprises in this industry, related sectors,
etc. All the exhibitors are asked to submit Company Introduction (within 200
words) of their companies, and the introductions will be published on the Exhibition

Technical Seminar:
During the period of the exhibition, product demonstration,
trade negotiations are arranged, meanwhile, technical seminar will be held too.
All exhibitors could hold such seminar for 2 hours at a rate of GBP850 for oversea
enterprises.
Mobilizing professional visitor and propaganda
promotion:
¡ò Printing 300,000 admission tickets of exhibition, sending to
makers and related associations at home and broad, and will disperse at large-scale
professional exhibitions country-wide, inviting both exhibitors and visitors
to take part in this exhibition.
¡òPropaganda and advertisement are planned on over 30 varieties of media
at home and abroad for promotion:
